I've searched the internet multiple times and I can't find anything that works. Then the volume button had an X over it and said "no audio drivers installed" But for some reason the computer loaded up with windows 10, not windows 8 like it has done the past 4 times I've reset. I even tried the app on different computers and windows 10 seems to be the problem.Īfter all of that, I decided I would just hard reset for a fifth time, go back to the windows 8 that came with the computer, and start looking for a replacement for next christmas. Over the almost 2 years I've had the computer, I've had to do a hard reset (like back to factory settings) 4 times. It seems I have had problems with my HP Pavillion X2 since day one.
